Welcome to our bright and cozy 2-bedroom apartment! While it is a basement unit, it has full-size living room and kitchen windows that let in plenty of natural daylight.

Located in Logan’s centrally located "Island" neighborhood, this space is a highly practical, comfortable home base for visiting university parents, traveling families, and working professionals. Just a short drive or a scenic walk from the Utah State University campus, downtown dining, and local parks.

Fully stocked apartment that includes a full kitchen with a dishwasher, dining area, in-unit washer and dryer, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. This cozy and efficient space has two bedrooms and one bathroom with hard surface floors throughout. The bedrooms have blackout curtains or blinds, extra blankets, linens, and pillows.

All essentials provided; shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, as well as dishwasher and laundry detergent. If you run out during your stay we will gladly provide more (no ‘starter pack’ we keep it well stocked!).

There is no central air in the the unit, but we've added a portable air conditioner. It is a basement apartment and it usually stays quite cool, even in middle of the summer (read the reviews, many note this is the case!). Each room is equipped with a fan as well, just in case. The rest of the home has AC so we feel this helps keep it cool.

Please be aware that there are two other apartments in this home and we respect quiet hours (10pm - 8am). Where it is a basement unit, you may hear footsteps from above from time to time- each room has a fan and we provide white noise machines and earplugs just in case this may bother you, though it rarely is an issue for most.

This is a cozy 2 bedroom, and while our maximum guest count is up to 5 people - we would not recommend for 5 working adults as it only has three beds (one queen bed and a bunk bed with a twin on top and double bed on bottom). Perfect for family of 5 with children or for 4 adults where beds would be shared.

Lastly, we are going to put in new water-wise landscaping in the front yard this fall, so we are letting the grass die. This shouldn't impact your stay, but wanted to let you know so it doesn't surprise you when you arrive and see a very dead lawn.

**If booking the first few weeks of September, there is some construction happening on the road east of us which has caused intermittent road closures and some daytime noise. Something to consider when booking, though it shouldn't impact your stay.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 72 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
